The participants receive a great deal of guidance, support and motivation by participating in the Healthy Lifestyle Center’s tailored programs. Personalized CLI programs include lifestyle coaching, new meal plan, guidance and dietary education, a physical activity plan and guidance, as well as mental health support and guidance as part of the lifestyle change management.

Following the GP intake and biometrics evaluation, the Lifestyle Coach executes an expansive intake of the participants current lifestyle followed by the development of a tailored healthy lifestyle program.
