GROUP BASED PROGRAM
The group program participants receive their individual meal plan based on their biometrics and personal preferences. The main difference is that the Informative Sessions are on a digital platform (online video calls) with the group including Q&A time where the whole group benefits of the answers provided. The online group sessions include various information and guidance on healthy lifestyle practices including, nutritional advice, physical activities, importance of sleep and rest, stress management, etc., as well as practical information such as supermarket shopping advice, recipes, healthy product myths, dos, and don’ts etc.
Next to online sessions, the group program includes 3 in person group session. In person group sessions include a workout session where participants can receive tips and tricks on how to program their workouts and a Q&A with a professional coach. During and after the 3-month group program the participants are encouraged the join IBISA’s workout programs, join a gym, or work out on their own.
